Meet at the Ohio Union by the Brutus Buckeye Statue at noon and then "Choose Your Own Adventure!"

MUNDO invites you to choose your own cultural adventure—whether you're in the mood for fine art or flavorful eats!

The Circleville Pumpkin Show-Extended Play Experience

Friday, October 17, 2025 (3:30-9:00 PM) Suzanne M. Sharer Room (Ohio Union), Circleville, OH  

Pumpkin everything?  Yes, please! 🍂 Join MUNDO for a fall adventure to one of Ohio’s quirkiest and most beloved festivals—the Circleville Pumpkin Show! Whether you're into giant pumpkins, fried treats, or just good vibes with great people, this extended play experience is your chance to explore, reflect, and connect. 

Here's the planned itinerary for the event:

  • 3:30 PM – Optional intro session at the Ohio Union to learn about the show’s history and what to expect
  • 4:15 PM – Depart from Ohio Union South Transit Dropoff
  • 9:30 PM – Return to campus full of memories (and maybe pumpkin-flavored snacks)

🚀This Mondays with MUNDO meeting (open to all MUNDO participants and hosted by the MOCA Coordinator) is your chance to turn casual chats into powerful networking opportunities. We'll show you how confident public speaking isn't just about presentations- it's about making authentic connections.

  • We'll work together with the Ohio State Student Leadership Advocates (SLA) in reflective group activities to explore and appreciate the unique strengths and perspectives that you and your MUNDO classmates bring to the table. What does it mean to build community, honor heritage, and thrive on campus? Join MUNDO for a powerful afternoon of culture, conversation, and connection as we explore the Native American experience at Ohio State and beyond.

What if being “wicked” was actually a force for good? 
Kick off Wicked Week with MUNDO as we dive into the themes of identity, perception, and doing good in complicated situations. We’ll start with a pre-show discussion in the Barbie Tootle Room, then head to the Gateway Film Center for a screening of the new musical sequel Wicked for Good.

As Wicked Week ends, MUNDO invites you to shift your perspective—from the untold story of the Wicked Witch to a bold reimagining of Dorothy’s journey in The Wiz! 

Join TEATRO, MUNDO’s visual and performing arts interest group, as we “ease on down the road” to the Short North Stage for an unforgettable performance that explores identity, belonging, and building community—both in new spaces and at home.
