MUNDO On-Campus Ambassadors (MOCAs)
As a MUNDO On-Campus Ambassador, active MUNDO participants have an opportunity to build their resumes, serve in a campus leadership position, and begin making personal connections here at Ohio State.
MOCA responsibilities
- Actively recruit and connect with members of their residential communities to ensure attendance at meetings and various activities.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly MUNDO General Body Meetings
- Work with the senior staff in their respective areas to disseminate information to their residents about MUNDO
- Report back to MUNDO about service, learning, and leadership or diversity and inclusion items or issues happening in their halls
- Update respective Community Councils at least once a month to keep them informed on MUNDO events, activities, and experiences.
- Check GroupMe and email regularly for updates or ask questions, have fun and enjoy MUNDO
MOCA benefits
- As a MOCA you will receive weekly support and materials related to how to start conversations and spark action related to community service, cross-cultural connections, and social change.
- MUNDO Level Up, Spark Change Workshops will provide MOCAs with valuable leadership skills ranging from grnt writing to helping move conversations from debate to dialogue.
- The skills learned from being a MOCA can be used to create more inclusive organizations, help develop leadership skills, and increase participants' knowledge of the opportunities and resources available to Ohio State students.

- Current MOCAs can request first-access to MUNDO 2 GO programming for their residential communities using the MUNDO 2 VIP Request Form.
