About MUNDO

The MUNDO (pronounced MOON-DOUGH) Learning Initiative is for Ohio State students who want to be active, socially conscious, change-makers who serve, learn, and lead in ways that respect and advocate for themselves and others.

MUNDO connects classroom knowledge with real-world skill-building, through nontraditional discovery opportunities (NDOs)

NDOs include (but are not limited to):

• Mondays with MUNDO weekly community gatherings
• Educational Road Trips to cities like New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto; one-of-a-kind off-campus
• MUNDO 2 GO experiences, and leadership and wellness development as part of the MUNDO On-Campus Ambassadors (MOCAs) role.

NDOs are created and put into action by MUNDO ACTION TEAMS comprised of students, staff, and faculty.
