When can I sign up?

Sign up forms will generally be released on the RHAC website roughly 2 week prior to the program on Mondays at 7 pm.

Where can I sign up?

The RHAC website! Links will also be posted on our facebook and twitter!

How many people can go on each trip?

Roughly 50 seats are available for trips. The number of seats is subject to change, depending on the trip.

How will I know if I'm selected to attend?

You will be notified of your status (accepted or waitlisted) after signing up.

How many trips can I attend?

Even though reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis, we encourage that residents sign up for only one or two trips per semester. This is to ensure that more residents have to opportunity to enjoy a trip.

Can I go with a friend?

CERTAINLY! However it is also a great opportunity to make new friends too! We will try our best to accomodate, however we cannot make any guarentees. One way to increase your chances of attending together is to sign up as soon as possible! PLEASE NOTE: ALL ATTENDEES MUST COMPLETE SIGN UP FORMS. MUST BE AN OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENT AND ON-CAMPUS RESIDENT. Entering your friend's name in your form is NOT does not sign them up.

Do I need to RSVP for my spot?

YES! The following steps must be completed to reserve your ticket:

  1. Reply to the status email - if accepted, respond with whether or not you wish to attend - if waitlisted, respond if you would like to remain on the waitlist. Emails will be sent out on a rolling basis.
  2. Attend the Pre-Departure meeting following the Senate meeting the Tuesday prior to departure. See event specific details in the Sign Up form details section.
  3. If you absolutely cannot attend the Pre-Departure meeting, make an appointment to meet a RHAC Executive Board Member at the RHAC Office to sign your contract.

What if my plans change and I cannot attend?

Notify us via email ASAP. Failure to notify RHAC before the time designated in the RHAC On The Road signup form you filled out will result in loss of privelges for ROTR for the remainder of the semester. Failure to sign Pre-Departure forms by Thursday at Noon will result in forfeiture of your ticket, unless there were previously discussed extenuating circumstances. 

Does it COST anything to Attend?

Tickets and Transportation are completely FREE to on campus residents! Please note - food, souveniers, and other incidentals are your responsiblility unless otherwise noted in the trip information packet available upon sign up.

 Events with Attendance Minimums

Please be aware that some events have attendance minimums, and if that number of participants is not obtained, the event may be canceled. If this occurs, participants will be notified via email.
