Residence Hall Advisory Council An Involved Living Organization

Of The Month (OTM) Nominations

What is an OTM?

OTM's are an excellent way to recognize a component of our Ohio State Campus community on Campus, Regionally, and even Nationally! OTM's are administered by RHAC's sister organization, The National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH).

What or Who should I choose to Nominate?

You can nominate almost anyone or anything! Programs on campus are excellent things to recognize. Also, Hall Council members, Hall Directors, Assistant Hall Directors, OA's, or even any resident that goes above and beyond (there are many many more categories to choose from) are all fantastic people to write about! A complete listing of OTM categories can be explored here!

OTM's are due by the last day of the month at midnight, and must be about something someone did or a program held between that day and the first day of the month that is ending. For example, an OTM submitted on March 31st must be about something that happened after March 1st. OTM's can be submitted at ANY time!

How do I submit an OTM?

Its easy!

  1. Choose: If you would like to nominate a person, use the General OTM Nomination Form. If you would like to nominate a program, use the Program OTM Nomination Form
  2. Fill in the required information (address information may be approximate if you do not know, and phone contact information maybe left blank as well). Please insert your email address.
  3. Submit! In all, most OTM's take less than 15 minutes of your time and it really brightens people's days to know they are making a difference!
