TransOhio

We are so proud and excited to be partnering with TransOhio, the state’s only Trans-led organization, for the 2023-24 school year! TransOhio serves the Ohio transgender and ally communities by providing services, education, support, and advocacy, which promotes and improves the health, safety and life experience of the Ohio transgender individual and community. Donations given by audience members at OTL productions as well as the money and support we raise at our member service events go directly to TransOhio. The Mid-Ohio Food Bank

Service has been a core value or our organization since the beginning. We have donated canned goods to the Mid-Ohio Food Bank every year since 1997

The Mid-Ohio Food Bank is a member of Feeding America, the nation's largest non-governmental, domestic hunger relief organization.  They obtain and distribute food to 625 food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, after-school programs and senior housing sites across central and eastern Ohio. Buckeyethon

"One day we will dance in celebration, until then we will dance for a cure."

BuckeyeThon aims to raise money for the kids who are treated on the Hematology/Oncology/BMT Department at Nationwide Children's Hospital.  Along with other Ohio State student organizations, OTL raises money throughout the year and comes together to participate in the annual dance marathon supporting Miracle Kids and their families.
Each year, OTL members team up to raise money and dance for the kids!

At the 2018 Dance Marathon, OTL raised $22,481.00 FTK! We were the top fundraising Student Organization at the Ohio State University.

Community Commitment & MLK Day of Service

Community Committment & MLK Day of Service are OSU sponsored events in which students use their day off to give back to the community and participate in service projects around campus and local areas in Columbus.
